On Friday February 12 an young boy died after crashing into a support post. The sport's international governing body came to a media telling that he was responsible for his own death. Kumaritashvili was his name and he was 21 years old. He can not tell as what happen and what we can do for make better. He can not defend himself.
My question is: why is it so difficult to assume their fault? Why is it so difficult to say that in the track had a shortcoming? Do we really need someone to die to make changes?
How many will be necessary to die in the word for us to assume our fault? Why is it so problematic to say: I made a mistake?
Think about it.
Start today to look at you and see your defects after show other's people defects.
Let's assume our shortcoming!
