The training started at 9:00am with a worm well came from the speakers. The firth speaker talked a little about the Horizon for Homeless Children history. We learn about homeless children needs and behaviors. How make a fun day play with them. What we can bring and what we can not bring to children. How you can hand a difficult situation in a volunteer day with homeless children.
We also had speech from a survivor from domestic violence and from volunteers at Horizon for Homeless Children. We received manuals with information about working with homeless families and children, volunteer experience, literature, and activities to play.
The training was from 09:00am to 05:00pm between speeches and break for lunch.
